Lady’s finger curd raita

Ingredients

Lady’s finger-1/2 cup

Turmeric-1/3tsp

Red chili powder-1/4tsp

Asafetida-1/3tsp

Curd-2tbsp

Oil-1tsp

Method:

Slice Lady’s finger into thin pieces and then in a pan add oil,mustard,urud dal,lady’s finger.. sauté them and add asafetida,turmeric,red chili powder and salt and cook on high to medium for 5 mins and then add curd to it.

Store it in fridge till you serve.
