Today being Sunday.. I wanted to start it healthy and feel like having some greens and got reminded of a huge packet of kale sleeping in my refrigerator and wanted to make a blend of it with fruits..
So let’s go for the recipe.
Ingredients:
Peach-1/4 cup
Mango-1/4 cup
Pineapple-1/4 cup
Kale-1/2 cup
Ginger-1/4 piece grated
Home made protein powder-2tbsp(optional)
Almond milk-1/2 cup
Method:
Blend everything together into a smoothie and enjoy it..
* If you want any sweetener can be added like pitted dates or honey.
* And if u don’t have kale add some spinach.
* And if not having any protein powder do add oatmeal and some chia or flax seeds.
* Adding some frozen banana or plain banana gives you a creamy consistency..
*its vegan and gluten free.
