Peanut chutney

Ingredients

Peanuts-1/2 cup

Onion-1

Garlic-2 cloves

Red chili-2

Pepper corns-4 to 5(optional)

Salt as needed

Oil-1tsp

Mustard-1/4tsp

Urud dal-1/4tsp

Method:

Fry peanuts separately in a teaspoon of oil and keep aside. Then in the same pan add red chili,garlic and onions and pepper corns and sauté for 2 to 3 mins and then allow it to cool.

Add along with fried peanuts and by adding little salt grind well and temper with mustard and urud dal..

Very tasty chutney well to go with idly,dosa and uttapam.
