Cauliflower & Paneer tikka

This is a tasty and healthy starter. Even kids will like this..

It’s gluten free and vegan..!

Ingredients

Paneer-1/2cup

Cauliflower-1/2 cup

Tri color bell pepper -1 cup

Onion-1

Butter-4oz

Ingredients for marination:

Yoghurt-1/4 cup

Ginger garlic paste-1tsp

Coriander powder-1tsp

Cumin powder-1 tsp

Garam masala-1tsp

Dry mango powder-1/2tsp

Pepper powder-1tsp

Red chili powder-1/2tsp

Turmeric-1/4tsp

Salt as needed

Chaat masala-1/4 tsp

Kasuri methi-1tsp

Method:

In a pan boil cauliflower for 3mins.

Then strain it and keep aside.

Then in a bowl add onions,bell peppers and the boiled cauliflower and paneer and then add the marination ingredients and blend .. keep them aside for 10mins.

Then in a pan add butter. And add the marinated mixture and cook on high to medium for 10mins without burning it.

Garnish with coriander leaves and lemon if needed.

You can also garnish with tossed sesame seeds.
