To start with this is definitely a detox smoothie and I loved the color of beet in this..
They were slushee and tasty.. of course they are healthy too π
Those who don’t like beets can try this you may like it in this form or can skip and add even carrots..
They are Raw,gluten free and vegan..!
Ingredients
Watermelon-1/2 cup
Beetroot-1/4cup
Mango-1/4 cup
Chia seeds-1tsp
Ginger-1/4 piece
Celery- 1 stick
Lemon-1/2
Coconut water-1 cup
Honey-1tbsp
Method
Blend in all together and enjoy your morning smoothie..
You can add turmeric to it if you prefer and even some spinach or kale..
Even can add carrots instead of mango.. or banana too..
Those who don’t like coconut water.. can substitute with ice cubes or cold water.
I used frozen water melon so that it gives a slushee texture..
