Found this keto recipe in Instagram with chicken and broccoli..
Being a vegetarian I wanted to replace paneer instead of chicken..
So let’s go to the recipe now..
Ingredients
Broccoli-1 cup
Paneer-1/2 cup
Sesame seeds-1tsp
poppy seeds -1/2tsp
Paprika -1/2 tsp
Pepper powder-1/2 tsp
Ghee-1tbsp
Himalayan pink salt-as per taste
Oregano- 1/3tsp
Basil-1/4tsp
Parsley leaves -few strands
Method
Add ghee in a pan and toss in some poppy seeds and sesame seeds..
Then add the diced paneer.
Boil broccoli for 4mins and then add that to the paneer.
Add salt,paprika,pepper powder..
Then add oregano and basil dried leaves.
Toss in for 2 more mins on high and then add chopped parsley leaves..
And serve hot.
