Celery & Zucchini raita (yoghurt dip Indian style)

Celery & Zucchini raitha

METHODOLOGY:

Chop celery and grate zucchini and boil them in microwave for 3 mins.

Strain and let it be without water and then add salt and 2 tbsp of yoghurt.

And serve chill by refrigerating and using while serving the food.

Trust me it tastes excellent.
