Egg pizza

EGG PIZZA.!

Yeap homemade.. a healthy egg pizza made with good veggies and cheese in it..

People who don’t like or eat please avoid.!

My page includes egg. So here I go with the method.

See you can do this two ways. One is oven and the other one on stove top (pan eezzaa) 😉

I chosed oven .! Will update on the NOTE Column about stove top.! So keep checking.

METHODOLOGY:

1. Preheat oven at 375f /180c

2. In a mixing bowl add 6 eggs ,1tsp pepper,a pinch of turmeric, salt for the eggs and 1/2 cup of heavy cream and 2 tbsp of grated mozzarella or four cheese.

3. Beat the above ingredient well and pour it on a pizza pan and cook on for 10 mins.

4. Meanwhile in a pan add 2 tsp of olive oil. To it add sliced onions , bell peppers(tri-color)

Broccoli.

5. Add turmeric a pinch again , salt for veggies , garlic powder (1tsp) and some taco mix powder(can just add paprika powder, pepper, onion powder, jalapeño powder and some oregano instead of taco powder or can use store bought pizza powder )

6. Take the pan from oven and top these veggies on the egg and spread. Then drizzle some oregano, parsley , Italian herb mix and fill the pizza with grated cheese and toss in the pan inside oven and cook until it turns golden in color.

7. Enjoy eating hot and crusty and a very healthy home made pizza .

NOTE:

You can add any vegies of your choice.

I forgot to add tomato purée before adding the veggies but you can skip or forget 😅 as I did as anyways my daughter won’t like. Am saved.!

For pan method. Just cook only on low.

Make omlette and do the same veggie method and top them to the omlette and cover with lid and cook. No need to flip and just serve once done.
